Our client base in the DACH+ region is growing fast and we need someone who can keep up. Our software isn’t your average plug-and-play; it has a steep learning curve so you’ll need to be technically savvy while also being the kind of person clients genuinely enjoy talking to.
This is a support-first role with a light commercial edge. Most of your time will be spent helping clients solve problems and get real value from the product. Occasionally, you’ll also run demos for prospective clients in German, guiding them through the platform in a clear, practical, no-nonsense way.

You’ll join a lean, high-performing global team supporting clients across the DACH+ region.
This is a German-language role. The majority of your day-to-day work, including client communication, support and demos will be conducted in German with DACH+ clients.
In this role, you’ll work across email, tickets, phone and Zoom, resolving issues, answering questions, and helping clients improve how they use the platform.
Once you’ve built strong product knowledge, you’ll also run occasional demos (typically 1–2 per week) for inbound prospects. You’ll also be hands-on with testing, troubleshooting and feeding clear, structured feedback to our product team.

Responsibilities
- Help prospects find the specific value they seek (“this is the product you are looking for”)
- With our help, learn to be a product expert to confidently demonstrate and answer product questions with clients and prospects
- Respond accurately and quickly to client questions
- Onboard and support DACH+ clients in German and/or English
- Report recurring issues to improve the product experience
- Collaborate with our global team to stay on the leading edge
- Build trust through honesty, empathy, and reliability
Essentials
- You are a native German speaker with strong English (C2+)
- You live anywhere in the EMEA region (within UTC -1 to +2)
- Minimum 3 years SaaS experience in support, onboarding or pre-sales
- You’re a confident communicator, written and verbal
- You’re comfortable discussing product value and guiding decisions (no hard sell)
- Words like HTML, CSS, JS, API, Integrations, Dev console, staging & production environments, GitHub repo, database queries etc are not alien to you. You don’t need to know how to work them but you must know about them (well enough)
- You’re process-driven, highly organised, and thrive in remote, tool-rich environments
