What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms for new accounts are seven days from date of invoice.
Can I pay in my currency?
You can request pricing in your choice of seven supported currencies:
- Australian Dollars (AUD)
- British Pounds (GBP)
- Canadian Dollars (CAD)
- Euros (EUR)
- New Zealand Dollars (NZD)
- Singapore Dollars (SGD)
- US Dollars (USD)
What are the payment options?
Payment can be made by bank/wire transfer, or by credit card (surcharge may apply).
In many cases we have local bank accounts for an easy local transfer.
Are any taxes charged?
It depends where your organisation is based. If you are based in:
- Malta, 18% VAT applies
- Australia, 10% GST applies
- EU, without a VAT number, 18% VAT applies
- EU, with a VAT number that you provide to us, no VAT is due
- UK, no VAT number is required and no VAT is charged
- Everywhere else, no tax applies

Do you offer discounts?
Our mission is to create amazing products, available at the best price, and to treat all our clients equally. For this reason, we do not offer general or reseller discounts.
However, registered charities can request a 10% discount after providing documentation proving registered charity status. Please get in touch for more information.
Are there any service fees?
Our products are hosted services provided to customers as a complete turnkey solution.
Pricing is an annual subscription fee, the fee varies and depends on the purchased plan. The plan you need is dependent on your specific program needs.

Can I make changes to the agreement?
With our standard pricing structure, agreements are standardised and cannot be changed. This allows us to focus our resources on delivering and continuously improving our products, whilst meeting our agreement obligations. Our agreement has been thoughtfully prepared to be fair to you, and to us.
Changes to the agreement can be considered under our Enterprise plans. Please get in touch for more information.
Why does your agreement include granting publicity rights to Creative Force?
We list a small number of our clients on our websites as examples of organisations using our products. All other disclosures about our clients (client testimonials, case studies, etc.) are done only after collaborating with and obtaining permission from our clients.

As a privately held company, we do not release our financial statements or reports. You can be assured we operate under very careful management.
