What is Pledge 1% and what does it mean?
Pledge 1% is a corporate philanthropy movement dedicated to making the community a key stakeholder in every business.
Pledge 1% encourages and challenges individuals and companies to pledge equity, profit, product, and/or employee time for their communities.
Giving back through the 1% pledge
The team at Creative Force is proud to be an active participant in the Pledge 1% movement to give back to our communities.
Creative Force’s pledge focus over the last two years has been on donation of profit. In 2024-2025, the company donated approximately 3.6% of net profit, predominantly to environmental and nature conservation charities.

#GivingTuesday
Every year, the fully remote, globally distributed Creative Force team takes part in GivingTuesday, a global generosity movement unleashing the power of radical generosity. The team is encouraged to give both financial resources and time to our communities. From litter pickups and grocery donations to animal rescue and more, the team chooses causes they care about and gets involved.

Community service
